I had shipped one parcel on 11th november but it is not yet delivered. Since 13th nov., 2017 it is showing not delivered and no body is able to provide me a specific reason. Everytime i got the same response that our team is working onto the matter, we will update you. Every body is giving me one or another number to contact but not getting any satisfactory response. I am worried about my parcel, these people are least bothering about it. Not satisfied from their service.

I called 10 different people and somehow got doc where it sign by someone with no telephone no no I'd no

What kind of pertitic service is this
