DTDC Courier & Cargo — they are not going to deliver the package in home through the delivery service is there at my location

My Name is Sucheta Debnath. Again & again they are not going to deliver at my home address though the service is available at my location but they are telling that I have receive the package from their Ongc office or Cornel chow office. Why this is so? All the time it is really not possible to take the package from the office. & I have the money for shipping.
