DTDC Courier & Cargo — threatening not to deliver courier as by mistake I have mentioned wrong mobile number

Address:Dhanbad, Jharkhand, 826005

Impolite rude and threathening behaviour of dtdc dhanbad branch people on being requested to deliver courier to given address. I corrected mobile number by calling but considering women they misbehaved abused and said will not deliver courier and asked me whatever to do i can.

My tracking id is awb no[protected]

Please help since that courier is for poor kids not having access to clothes in winter
