I am sending a courier to sri t. Venkateswara rao, a. O lic of india, narsipatnam through dtdc courier doc no.83880503 on 10/10/18. They are telling next day reached the destination. But it is delivered 16/10/2018 after office ours. 17th, 18th lic holoday. My work at lic was very late. Who is the responsible for the delay. I want action against courier. Pl do needful.

Consignment ref no. N20280566. Booked on 08/1018 at ananatapur, A.P. It is to delivered at San Diego (U.S) on 12/1018. So far not delivered ie on 14/10/18. It is also informed that it may be delivered on 17/10/18. We demand compensation of the valuables and returning of courier charges.
