DTDC Courier & Cargo — tracking id- z30508418 rto not deliver back to my home

Hi team,

I have sent one shipement through dtdc courier service due to some issue it was not delivered to consignee & that needs to get back to my home address but till date i have not received this courier back to my home. I have done multiple attempt with dtdc but there is no one who gave me assurance to send back my courier. The below is extract my email sent on 20 aug 2017 but till date there is no response at all.

"i have sent my shipment with tracking id - z30508418 on 18 jul 2017 from matiyala dtdc office uttam nagar, new delh-110059. On 22 jul 2017 this came under rto & till date it still on rto process. I have done multiple of follow up with mr ajit.. At matiyala office but they are failed to get my packet back, they gave me excuse every time & even he is not picking my phone even not reply on whatsup and it is unacceptable at all.
Around 10-15 days before, i called at dtdc meera bag office & requested them to send my packet at my home, then they sent an email to narayana office and gave instruction to deliver the same.
Last week, i call again to narayana office and ask for my packet but they are not aware about my packet.

I have done multiple of attempt narayana, meera bag & matiyal dtdc office but there is no one who can give me any satisfactory answer.

Now, may you please assist, how can i get my shipment back at my home or i will lost my packet & money.

Is there no one in dtdc, who can provide the right status & deliver my packet back at my home, its my worse experience with dtdc service & it shows how you are dealing with your customer.

Please assist me, what i need to do?

Kindly let me know if you require any supporting document.

It my request to you please help me to get my courier back to my home & take the necessary legal action as per your guideline.

Hi Team,

Thanks for your quick response.
We got the response from DTDC on[protected] at 3:15 pm & they have confirmed that they have lost my parcel at 1:50 pm on[protected] & raised a FIR on[protected] at 1:57 pm .
In that case, I think they are not able to provide my item (parcel) to me.
Now I want refund of my items cost & DTDC courier charges which I have paid to DTDC for their incredible service.

Please guide me which one is the best solution in that scenario.

I am waiting for my items for last 2 month, even I have done multiple call to DTDC different place, but they totally ignore the customer.

PFA copy of FIR submitted by DTDC.
