DTDC Courier & Cargo — unethical behaviour and total negligence | |||
Parents delivered a package which contained medicines in it. The delivery boy didnt even notify about the courier and delivered it to some random person signed as r. Do u have any kind of responsibility so called best courier service. When queried about the courier, they said its not the delivery boy responsibility to call you.!! My package Z19895290, coming from Lucknow to Ranchi was not delivered. Reason given was last mile misroute. There is no accurate location or phone number for DTDC in ranchi even if I want to go get it myself
