DTDC Courier & Cargo — v[protected]consignment delivered, lately. I, got loss of 20 000.00 rs amount

I have been opted dtdc plus courier for gurgaon on dated 3rd october'18 but delivered on 10th october'18.

It should delever less than 4 days but it had taken a week to delever., but it is plus courier not ordinary one, help me about delay in delevery of courier at most.

For the delay in delevery i got 20, 000.00 loss.

Help me the loss amount.

Booked on 06/10/2018 at Bengalore, buy till today it is not delivered at Silchar.

On tracking it is found that the item was processed at Guwahati on 8th Oct, 18.
I have urgently required that courier but I didn't receive within time.
