Till my parcel has not receive me, tracking shows it is lying at Hyderabad after 10 days also, how the parcel is being transferred from one location to another location in India, and tracking details are not updated regularly. No one taking customer care, nobody have try to call or reply regarding delay happens.I am very disappointed with the service provided by DTDC.

Till no parcel was received, no progress happens or anybody have call me or not any action initiated, the worst service by DTDC I have seen in my life, I am your existing customer & connected for DTDC for very long time.
Kindly note that if this happens you loose your best customer base. I am one of the most dissatisfied customers since by your delay in parcel I have lost many things. I may not use your service in future since my mail there is no courtesy to at least to contact or call to me. I have asked higher officer contact detail but no one is interested give it.
I think like me 1 customer loss you may also not happen anything.

This is Mr. Adinath S Gavandi. I have sent my Courier at Ahmedabad to Pune with Tracking Ref No. D25019704 vide dated 08/09/2022. Today is 15/09/2022 till the courier has not been received yet. I have some important things in it & I have committed to my client that it must reach before 14.09.2022 . Now who will be responsible for that delay?. For 21 Kg material I had paid Rs. 2560/- for 32 Kg till I have not received my parcel. Now as per tracking it shows that it lies at Hyderabad-Shamshabad.
If a reputed company like DTDC is doing such a mistake it is very difficult to believe in your service. I am totally disappointed with the service provided by DTDC . Who will bear my business loss. Kindly note that you will loose one of your prime customers. Can I get Zonal Manager or Higher Authority contact details?
if within 24 hrs my problem has not been solved I will take corrective action .
