I was send the 3000rp watch it was missing from the parcel the parcel was received empty. On 26th february2019 i was send from visakhapatnam dtdc office to unsuspecting that the parcel was in between before the handovering the person. I was send as a gift i am really upset disappointed you to this service of dtdc not even me many of the people are suffering due to this dtdc if the management is not taken into the custody of my complaint serious i will go for the serious situations as possible as kindly reply and respond to my complaint complaint

Updated by Monikalakshmi I was send a watch it was missing from the parcel the parcel was received empty there is no specific notification or any intimation from the delivery person I am suspecting watch was missing before handovering the person before the delivery its cost 3000 it was really hurted me due to this situation I was upset a lot I was send this gift as a memorable thing to the person I was send from DTDC office Visakhapatnam pm Palam branch 26th February 2019 to Cfn G Ramesh( dancer) 636eme Bn... 282 gate.. Mokroina market .sagar(mp).. Pin.. 470004..phone[protected]. If the company was not taken responsibility to this complaint I will go for the serious about this matter I had observed not even me many of the customers are suffering meaning of things are also miss due to improper delivery intimation or notification not given to the customer I kindly requested you to response as possible as fast to my complaint
