[Resolved] DTDC Courier & Cargo — Watch-still not received | |||||
Hi, I am shilpi Gupta. I have booked a parcel(Watch) for my customer Amandeep Arora. Date was 14.09.2016 for out for delivery. I have tracked through shipment number that is A34671671. first of all, there is no phone number was update to whom I need to contact like delivery boy and they updated status that phone not picked up the receiver. Even my customer did not receive any call from DTDC side, and they returned the parcel. I called many times in Gurgaon centre as delivery location is Gurgaon but no one picked my phone. I need Courier Today or tomorrow. Request you to please send parcel to my customer. Unitech infospace, tower-3, 10th floor, near subhash chowk, Sec-48, sohna Road, Customer No-[protected].
