DTDC Courier & Cargo — we have not received courier
We are waiting for important document through your courier under consignment number : z86095054. We haven't received any information regarding courier. Today we called to chengalpet office. They didn't give any response. Its very urgent to us.
Our one of the important client m/s. Vigar enterprises from delhi sent courier on 25.01.2019 through your network. We phoned up to customer care number in chengalpet branch ([protected]). Staff informed us that courier has returned to sender address. We asked them why you haven't make call to us. They told that we dont know and your area is not in service.
Our area is not in service means you had to inform at the time of booking itself. Otherwise you had to make call to us and inform the same. Atleast we tried to collect in your office itself.
