Delivery boy took the parcel one day before which I need urgently and he did not deliver the item.. Visited dtdc office two times... I called him more than 100 times one time he answered and said he will deliver and switched off his mobile...courier boys those who couldn't deliver in time should be removed from job... Next time onwards I will not use dtdc... Poor response even after going twice to the office... Im getting very angry.. I need my product urgently... Im an entrepreneur... Worst service ever
