DTDC Courier & Cargo — worst service, rude behaviours of local agents

My courier showed the tracking that it was delivered to ahmedabad on 1st june. And it’s not reached me yet on 5th of june. I called the local main office the number was out o[censored]se. I called one of the local offices odhav gidc branch, he was very rude with me and he didn’t give me the main office number. I called the kewal kanta road, rakhial branch and the fellow said i am driving and he cut the phone and didn’t give the number. I called the ctm branch, the fellow gave me a number it was out o[censored]se. I can’t get the main office number and none of the offices are replying. I called their national customer care numbers and surprisingly all are out of service. I dialed again and again the ahmedabad landline inquiry numbers and all are out o[censored]se. I would say this is the worst service i have ever seen. I don’t know why they keep such agents who don’t even know how to talk to their customers. It was an important product for treating patients which was delivered and it was held in ahmedabad office for four days and no one is ready to answer.
