DTDC — Courier docket not delivered on time

We (Veeyes Engineering Pvt Ltd, Coimbatore)have booked a docket to M/S.Chennai Gaskets and Engineering Products, Thirumudivakkam, Chennai on 18.04.2015 vide docket no.C59275809. DTDC People first informed our vendor that it has been moved to Mangadu. While approaching Mangadu branch they informed that the docket number is not correct.After showing the docket sent thro mobile only futher investicated and informed it has gone to Maraimalai Nagar and the docket would be delivered by tomorrow evening. But we sent another docket to M/S.Siva Forging on 18.04.2015 and the same have been delivered today. The docket contains payment cheque and it is very important for the Vendor to make payment for their supplier. Pl note that now a days getting payment is very very difficult and if your people delay like this what to do.
