DTDC Courier Service — Harassment from DTDC Courier Service

Dear Sir,

I have sent a courier through DTDC courier services on urgent services on officially tender document with consignment number V27078674 from Ghaziabad to Raipur on date 16th Feb 2016. Tender submission last date is 25th Feb 2016 at 1 PM. But courier not delivered on time and no present status of my courier when I connected the Raipur office and Courier service Ghaziabad I didn’t get any proper response from them,

Please help me on to me to recover my working on this tender and company loss and justice against harassment from courier service.

Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

This is to inform you that I was supposed to receive courier from dtdc today on 23/10/2020. My consignment number is W00037600.
This parcel showed fake deliverd at 1:30pm whereas the delivery boy doesnt came nor even called me. Then at evening i saw it showing deliverd. i contact dtdc and got the number of delivery boy and he said that "its my wish i came but then went i didnt called anyone but i showed deliverd" and when he came he said he wont be coming to my home (4th floor) but i have to come outside if i want otherwise he will take the order back. And when i told hom i will complain then he was giving me threats that what he will do harm me and no order will be deliverd to my place from now through dtdc .He is harrasing me. Below is the order status and pic of delivery boy attach.
