I am siddhartha roy. I had sent a parcel through dtdc courier on 14th june 2015. That parcel was sent to 'merchant returns unit no 1, khewat/khata no: 373/400 mustatil no. 31, village taoru, tehsil taoru, district mewat. On bilaspur - taoru road, mewat, h r 122105'. Tracking no: d34935475. This has reached dharuhera in the 19th june 2017. Why it has not reached the delivery poin? In accordance to my information taoru is situated very near to dharuhera.
