This is Roni Paul. I was couriered a Document on 03/12/16 on urgent basis. Courier cost of Rs.1425/- And the Destination is France. But this Document does not reach yet. This is very urgent. Alternative number is [protected] for DPD tracking. I was complained many times but they does not action against this complaint.

Dear Sir,
Sub:- Demand Notice received for Rs 40, 200/-.
Ref:- DTDC Docket Nos:-D31040464 dtd:-28.11.2016.
We had sent the consignment from Mumbai to Eranakulam on
28.11.2016 through you. We had handed over the Invoice & waybill to DTDC.
The DTDC
person did not declare the materials at the border check post and
neither bothered to generated Form 8 FA form as per the legal requirement.
There was raid by the Intellegience inspector from the department of
commercial taxes & they have issued a Demand notice (enclosed) to our client
M/s Sud Chemie India (P) Ltd which is self explanatory.Since the fault is
completely due to non-compliance of requirements from your side we request
you to re-imberse the amount Rs 40, 200/- to the sale tax authority and release
the materials at the earliest.
