We had couriered a pack of Very expensive Indian Flutes to US through your courier service "Tracking number - N20021753"
In the tracking status the message is showing that the courier was left on front door, without ringing the bell or calling the customer. However customer has not received the courier. We have received following emails from customers please help us track this. This is a huge issue if the customer couriers are getting lost like this, no point in tracking details if the last man is making the courier disapper and there is no way to track"

checked around the neighborhood this morning and no one has the package. I contacted DTDC support and the guy said the delivery was completed by UPS. From checking at UPS site, it seems if an investigation needs to be made it needs to be initiated by the sender, so you would need to initiate with DTDC and they would in turn contact UPS. I have seen UPS deliveries delivered many times to the wrong address here, and not just to my next door neighbor, but several streets away. The fact that a signature was not gotten means there really is no proof of delivery. The below link may be helpful, I am trying to do what I can on my side, but UPS has also said that the sender needs to initiate the trace.

I work in IT and I am able to work from home quite a bit, I was home from last week Tuesday to Friday all day. Normally, UPS when delivering a package rings the doorbell and drops the package in front of the door and goes away without any confirmation or requests a signature. On Thursday, April 12th, there was no ring on the bell at all. I was expecting the package hence the reason for staying home those days, and I did check the front door multiple times. Most likely this package was delivered to the wrong address; about a month ago UPS dropped off two packages at my door and rang the bell, when I opened door and checked the package was to "95-36", but not to 102 street, but to 106 street. As the UPS delivery man just dropped it off, I was able to catch him a few seconds later and give it back to him. In all probability, someone has the package and is too lazy or doesn't see the need to contact UPS and return the package. The flutes are useless to anyone not learning or knowing to play them. In the case of delivering to the wrong address, it would be impossible to determine if that is the case as the UPS man delivers hundreds of packages a day and unless they have a way of recording which packages are dropped at which home, there really is no proof of delivery. If you google this issue "UPS delivered to front door, but I don't have the package" you will see that this does happen. I[censored]PS had gotten a signature then this would not have happened.

I don't have CCTV installed outside of my house. I can't verify anything, there is no one in the area with CCTV that I can check with..

Please help us get the courier back and deliver to the right person.

I had post 2 parcels n the same address but one of the parcel returned, I don't know why is this parcel return. When I went to the dtdc office to received the parcel than I asked why my parcel is back but manager misbehaved me very badly
