[Resolved]  DTDC — Non delivery of packet and false reporting of delivery

I have send a parcel in name of Mr. Kenneth Sannoo . H.no 419 Sector 22A Gurgaon on 24th Dec. 2014. The Docket no is V20426573 dated 24th Dec. 2014 . Mobile number [protected] The parcel has been booked on express mode for next day delivery has not been delivered till date. On 31st I was confirmed by your Gurgaon representative that they tried two times but it was not delivered and they will sort it out. Today I get a reply that status is updated as delivered on 26th Dec. There is no phone number of the person who received the parcel . The parcel contained gift voucher worth Rs.5000/- .
