DTDC — Undelivered Courier from Bangalore to Delhi

The courier with consignment number B24914695, booked originally from Bangalore on September 9, 2015 has not yet reached the intended address. It was promised tome that the courier will be delivered in 2 days time & it has been 7 days, with no trace of the consignment. Even if the DTDC website is showing the consignment number as In transit. This is the level of service, that is not at all acceptable from a leading service provider like DTDC. Track the Consignment & let me know the status of the same, else I would be bound to take a legal action against DTDC, in consumer court.
