[Resolved]  DTDC — Unnecessary delay in parcel delivery - Still not delivered

I have booked my parcel from Bangalore to Mathura (UP) on 26th Sep 2014 which has not been delivered so far. Just now checked the delivery status and it lead to big surprise - How DTDC can have such bad process for consignment movement? My Parcel was reached at Agra on 27th Sep and then it was routed to Lucknow then Aligarh and Then reached to Mathura? Mathura is very close to Agra even closer to Delhi - Why it was routed through Lucknow? Is it standard process? If yes then it was my mistake to book parcel through DTDC by believe of best service. My parcel / consignment number - B13343645. Same has not been delivered so far.
