Dear sir /Maam,
I had taken a byjus tablet subcription last year and never being satisfied with the teacching process/skill after 2 months and since then I had contacted my byjus mentor and wanted to cancel my subcription.
it's poignant to inform you, despite several email and telephonic conversations with sr. mentors, till now my subscription ID -LPBYRZ[protected] is not yet cancelled.
It's been applied since last 6 months after the COVID-19 lock down) and no response from your end, which I never expect from such a reputed institute like Byjus.
As you may be aware that I am an existing AKASH student and most of the study patterns were available in AKASH, hence currently i don't want to continue the byjus subscription.
Therefore i request, kindly cancel my subscription and send me the cancellation receipt and inform the EMI bank for the same.
Your partner bank had called us at midnight and harassing us all the way.
