Recently, about 15 days back, I have installed strack 3 commode in my new wash room. But the jet does not work at all for what it has been made for. After initially lodging compliant, your man came and did what he could. But yet, the pressure of jet is same. I have spent about Rs 20, 000/- for this commode. I need it best as the cost. I have studied the problem and understand that your design of jet is faulty. Because the back pipe is of lesser dia than the jet outlet . So the pressure gets decreased rather than increased. Either you use bigger dia back pipe or use lesser dia jet outlet. Please make it OK or I will take necessary action as per law.
