[Resolved]  Durian Industries — regarding repair & service of my durian sofa

This is dr vinod ostwal a proud customer of durian furnitures. I have buyed 3&2 str recliner from aurangabad showroom, maharashtra, india,. On 31 st jan 2014 the invoice no of which is ad/ft/in/00167. I have problem with the sofa not giving comfotable suspention. I have personally talked to the show room on phone and also send them the defective photos of the sofas. I leave in beed a nearby distict from aurangabad. The showroom authorities are not giving me the service at beed which can be very well done at the place. This is not a big expectation but the customeris getting suffered as he has buyed a prime range of your goods but the basic service is not upto the mark. Plz help me out for my complaint. I hope i will get a positive fedback or else it wont be possible for me & to my indian medical association beed colleaguesto approach durian any more considering the poor quality servicesprovided to me. We doctors are prime customers and we expect a hassel free service and we never bother of the rangeof goods. So plz consider my genuine request and oblige. Repair request lodged on 10th December 2018, no one attended till now. Followed up with representative everyday who kept on delaying for the next day. Called up local office the BM Ajay Sharma is arrogant, his immediate response was
delay was due to officee shifting, call can only be attended on 18th, refused to give complaint no.
