E-Billing Solutions — i have paid the engineering college fees.. the payment got deducted but not received by the beneficiary

I, mr. yogesh bhosale, has paid the fees of rs.10, 150/- as on 23.08.2019 through online website e billing solutions pvt ltd, bank account has been debited but payment not done yet... i have done the transaction using my atm card... if the transaction is not failed, amount should get reversed... it is not yet reversed to my account..
Please look into the matter soon...
