Hi, I would like to bring to your notice that i had recharged prepaid mobile no. [protected] with rs. 200 on 23rd june 2017 with reference info: inb/[protected] and again recharged the mobile for rs.15 on 28th june 2017. All the above two transaction amount got debited into my axis bank but the amount recharged did not get charged to the mobile user.
