E-Meditek — delayed claim processing | |||||
I have an insurance from e-meditek company through my office essjay ericsson limited. I have courier all the original documents to e-meditek at their udyog vihar address and as per them they have received all the docs on 15th sep-17 but still not updated in their system reason-unknown. Also i called their relationship manger-harsh on number-[protected] as i got this number from e-meditek helpline, as per harsh he will get it checked. I tried again to get the update from harsh but now he is not responding to the calls. Courier. No-[protected] Courier name-overnite express. Tpa id :[protected]b Claim id :[protected] I have claimed some amount for my new born as he was admitted in the hospital and i have couriered all my original docs on their udyog vihar gurgaon address and they have received these on 15t sep-17. But they are delaying to provide the said amount from 3-months-every time they come with new story. I have been touch with aakash-[protected]. Kindly look into this.
