Sir,

I am a e-meditek card holder, claim no.[protected]. My daughter s. Deva sree f/09 yrs was admitted to lakshmi arundhathi hospital date[protected] and was discharged on[protected] with mild pancreatitis i sent documents to hyd by courier on[protected]. Sofar i didnot receive my amount.

Kindly look into the matter and help me in getting the the amount i paid.
