[Resolved] E-Zone Enterprise — e-zone enterprise. sir it is a fraud company they made an agreement without my permission | |||
I got a call from [protected] e-zone enterprise to work on mac2cap app which involved entering 10000 captcha within 10 days and in which 90% has to be correct. When i accepted the job, they asked me to send my adhar card and mobile number on a whatsapp number [protected] and when i had sent it, they had sent me two links, one of which opened to an app and they asked me to upload my signature on it. Then they filed an agreement without my permission and i got a mail from the company that if i fail to complete the work or fail to achieve accuracy or i do not login within 10 days of the work, then i have to pay rs 5000 penalty amount to company. I also got user id and password to login on mac2cap app. I understand and noticed this company is a fraud and cheating me and this company took my signature without my permission. When i called and mail on company helpline to cancel my agreement they asked me pay rs 5000 otherwise they will take legal action against me. I want to cancel my agreement without paying any amount to them. Please take quick action against them and resolve this issue quickly. Jun 28, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved • I got a mail from consumers helpline stating that my problem was RESOLVED and you will never get a call or messages from that company.and you didn't pay any single rupee to that company for fraud registration And consumer helpline says to me that cheating contract was completely cancelled without payment. They are also talking above the matter on this Consumer Phone number is 9898275972 from Delhi.
