I have ordered kids sipper bottle from ealing mom app.. i received it four days before. but the bottle cap is damaged. so i want to return or refund it. but no answer from that side.. return option is pending till now. kindly make the product to return and refund. order id[protected]. i sent an email to ealingmom customer support, they simply replied me that sorry for the inconvenience we will update u soon like that. such a fraud company. this company will make all the customer fool easily. pls sort it out immediately
