[Resolved] EarlySalary — attitude and behaviour | |
I have an ongoing loan with early salary. My payment is delayed due to some financial crisis i am facing. I called your team and spoke to sandeep in this regards along with other agents. The behaviour of your employees is very arrogant and do not want to listen to anything. They called my relatives and abused with them as well. Along with that when i asked from where did you get their number. He refused to share that information and stated that i gave their number in reference. That is not true as i have not shared any number of any of my relative. Along with that they are treating now saying, now i do not want your emi and you will have to pay in full. Being a financial institution customer facing, is this the way you deal with customers who are facing issues. I have taken loan with you previously as well and have paid all in time. I am not denying to pay as well. I requested to pay partial amount now and rest by end of month. However, the attitude and behaviour of your employee is threating and very rude.
