Hi team,

This is email is with regards to the call that i had with your customer service team and collections team on the 26th june.
My cousin brother who is no where associated with my earlysalary account got a call from the collections team & he was informed that i am not answering the phone calls and hence they reached him. At the same time this was also done with my mom on the same day & these were the words used on the phone "it's your son who has taken the loan & now you have to pay", "you have to make a payment today itself, should i send the police at your place?".
After this conversation it has impacted my family majorly and my mother is devastated with the kind of conversation this girl had with her, when i spoke with the customer service team akanksha informed me that the collections team have the information about my contacts and they will call them if they aren't able to reach me & when i asked her to guide me where is it mentioned in your terms and conditions, she redirected me to the collections team again.
Nevertheless, i call the collections team and i spoke with the lady & she confirmed on the phone that the customer service team gave them the numbers of my family and friends to call. She also gave me the names whos data was shared by the customer service, later i spoke with the customer service team & rubina was on the call & she clearly denied that this is not been done by the customer service team.
I want to know by who's authorisation is earlysalary sharing my contact details to the collections team and contacting my relatives and friends for payments? If its mentioned anywhere in the terms and conditions i would like to know.
If you cannot provide me this information then i'll be reporting this to my legal team, please note, i won't be making any more payments to your team unless i get an appropriate response on this.
Just another thing, on the same day when i had this conversation with akanksha and rubina i was assured that someone from the collections team or a manager will call me... But no one did as i did request to escalate this behaviour earlier as well & i was informed the same thing that one of the managers will call you however no one did. So if you want the customers to keep their promises at least keep your promises made on recorded line.
