[Resolved] EarlySalary — misbehavior/harassment/misuse and theft of data | |||||
I vikram mondal, have taken a loan from early salary for the amt of 26000 for 3 months period. I have taken 12 loans from youll and all of them have been closed successfully and paid off. However i am facing some financial issues this month and i was unable to pay the emi, for which i am being harassed with numerous calls through out the day and also other people are being called posing as my reference that was given by me. The number which is being called [protected] and being harassed is no where related to me or no where related to the loan either and she being an elderly woman is being harassed. I called the customer care and spoke to ashish and informed him proactively that i have not paid the emi and will pay at the earliest as i have some financial issue and also asked to check my past history where i have been a customer for a long time and closed all 12 loans successful and on time. I asked him to check what reference numbers did i give at the time of the application, he stated that he does not have access to that information, which was absurd, being a early salary rep he cannot access that information. He further stated that the calls are being made by third party and they have access to the reference information but not him, which is even more frightening as i do not who and what kind of people have my data and what can they do with it its seems that my phone data has been hacked and been compromised, and i do not feel safe about. I do not want the number [protected] being called anymore. I have also filed a complain with the consume forum helpline and a copy of the email is being marked to the cyber crime of kolkata and pune and also a copy of the email is being marked to the rbi complain ombudsman for kolkata and pune.
