Dear Mam/Sir, I've booked an tickets throu Ease My Trip from Mumbai To Hyderabad and it happened so that the tickets were given with an spelling Mistake, which now the booking agent is neither changing spelling mistake it has done and neither it has initiated ant refund which they had promised to do. I have booked my ticket at low price from EMT. And after 2 hours I have got a mail stating Ticket cancellation, since then I am chasing them to refund my amount, but i haven't credited any refunds its been more than 10 days.

Its a big scam to earn Interest on customer money .

Please do the needful.
