[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — airline refund not being processed by ease my trip | |||
I had booked a vistara ticket through ease my trip portal for travel on 6th april 2020. Due to lockdown vistara cancelled the flight and issued a full refund remark for my ticket. Attached is the email received from vistara confirming the same. I have shared the same with ease my trip and have been asking them to process my refund for 2 months now. They are denying any refund and are pursuing delaying tactics. They are holding my money and hence i am complaining through this forum. Request you to please help. i have made the booking for Indore to Delhi and from Delhi to Indore. my amount got deducted but my ticked never got confirmed. now they are asking for 8k extra to confirm my ticket
