Easemytrip gave me an option of getting lounge access on a flight from Mumbai(Terminal 2) to Bhopal, i selected that option only to find out at the airport that they do not have tie up with the lounge at this airport. When i spoke to their customer care executive he told that it is your fault you booked without checking online first about the lounge access. If I am booking a particular ticket for a flight that is flying from terminal 2 and they are charging me for lounge access, they should be liable to provide me with the same or they should remove that option from site. Regarding booking ID EMT[protected] I hope as per our telephonic conversation your query has been addressed regarding your lounge issue Since we already informed you that you can only access the lounge service at Terminal 1, which is expressly stated in our Terms & Conditions, However, as we confirmed with you, you were attempting to access the services on Terminal 2, which is not permitted by T&C. Please take a look at the referenced site(https://www.easemytrip.com/offers/free-lounge-airport-access.html). However, as a goodwill gesture, we offered you a waiver of INR 300/- in your same mode of payment which you will receive within 5-7 working days.
