I had cancelled my flight on 3rd Jan and on the cancellation policy it was mentioned that the website cancellation fee is 300 per person and an airline cancellation fee will be deducted but upon cancellation they deducted 600 rupees as convience fee and 500 instead of 300per person( 2 people) as emt cancellation fees. I have been trying to rech out to them but they have been completely ignoring me. I text them in the morning and they don't reply all day and everytime after 12 am they will reply saying that since there is no response so they are closing that query. Ofcourse I will not be able to respond SINCE I HAVE TO EARN MY MONEY THROUGH A JOB FOR WHICH I HAVE TO WAKE UP IN THE MORNING AND GO TO SLEEP AT NIGHT. THERE IS A THING CALLED WORKING HOURS WHICH THEY ARE NOT AWARE OF. I AM SICK OF THEIR ANNOYING CUSTOMER SERVICE
