My flight got reschedule by the airline and I am not comfortable with the new timing, I contact air india they said if you want to cancel plz asked your booking agent to do so,
Now when I called easymytrip they saying plz drop email we cant help over call.
Now after dropping email Mr. Mukul from easymytrip saying we didn't got any advice for refund. You cancel at your end will check and escalate to airline.
This is quite not acceptable.
If flight got cancelled/reschedule by airline then there must be a proper refund process.
