Actually i am B2B customer in Easemytrip on 24 th i have Booked tickets from Hyd to Pune and Pune to Hyd Having PNRs PM34YM, VHDC4Y, WPZRVT, PM34YM but unfortunately my customer cancelled tickets they had charged and cancelled the tickets total refund i got is 2, 03, 000 but they had not refunded to my bank account they have credited to wallet now i want to refund the money to customer how would i they are telling that 50% will transfered now and 50% after 30 days how would my customer wait till that date and they are telling that this is our policy and not sharing any policy document Was this information helpful? |
