Dear sir/madam, I had booked 3 tickets to Chandigarh on 12th January and due to unfortunate reasons I was bound to cancel the tickets. When I had cancelled the tickets there was no cancellation charges as in the screen shot attached. If Indigo doesn't apply any cancellation charges why is there such a big deduction while refunding the same. Officially you are supposed to deduct Rs. 250 per ticket then why is the deduction so high. Please give me a valid explanation for the same and if it's deducted more please refund the rest of the amount asap. Was this information helpful? | |||||
