Dear Easemytrip Support Team, This is to inform you that my flight from CCU to DEL (Airindia AI768) on 29th January 2022 has been cancelled by Airlines. And for this reason, I want to reschedule the flight for 28th January 2022 on the same flight AI 768(CCU to DEL) at 15:30. free of cost. I am trying to connect multiple ways to contact Airindia and Easemytrip but failed to connect. There is no option to reschedule on Airindia Website also. Verified Support Jan 15, 2022 EaseMyTrip.com Customer Care's response Dear Sir, Regarding booking ID EMT90046220 we would like to inform you that we have already sent you the revised ticket on 13th Jan 2022. And We request to call the airline 48 - 24 hours before the departure to check if there are any terminal/date/time changes to avoid any inconvenience. Regards, Care Team..!!
