[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — Ticket rejected but refund amount not received

I had booked tickets from LKO-GOI-LKO on 28th January 2021 with booking id EMT79328663. An amount of 27, 112 rupees was deducted. However, the booking got rejected and they said that the refund amount of 27, 112 has been processed with transaction id no. 5378554. Today is 6th February and I have not yet received the amount in my bank. The bank is saying that there has been no such transaction. I have called and mailed the customer care people number of times but they are barely of any help. They kept me telling me that "refund has been processed". I feel you guys are cheating me big time. You must be ashamed of the crime you are committing. You are simply looting a common man's hard-earned money. Please refund the money immediately. I am tired of your fake promises.

Updated by Debayan Das Easemytrip is not able to provide me with a valid bank transaction id. This shows that they have not processed the refund. They are claiming ticket number 5378554 as the transaction id. This proves that they are a fraud. If the transaction has been carried out effectively, then I should have received a bank transaction id. Looters!!
