My easemytrip booking id emt70860711 Please see below the sms i recd from air asia about my booking for 22nd march ref my pnr jtdzji Dear guest, we sincerely regret to inform that your flight i5-1453 (Vtz-blr) on 22-mar-20 is cancelled due to operational reason. You may choose to fly on an alternative date or avail a full refund. For assistance, please contact our customer support team via https://goo.gl/E5dVTn for further assistance. We deeply regret the inconvenience caused. - airasia. I am unable to get thru to the call centre of easemytrip and they keep giving false information and they also no such booking exisits whereas i have the tickets recd from easemytrip Since the flight has been cancelled by air asia themselves, i seek full refund for the two tickets booked thru easemytrip. Easemytrip is not providing me proof that airlines have refused refund. Kindly intervene and ensure full refund Was this information helpful? | |||

My flight Got cancelled by the airline itself, after talking with the customer care executive I cancelled my booking from easemytrip website with full refund option but did not got full refunds.
