[Resolved]  EaseMyTrip.com — about my indigo airline seat confirmation

My name is amaan khan, have booked an indigo 6e 83 flight from mumbai to dubai and had paid rs.550/- for the seat (3d) and i was given a seat (12 a). And to my surprise the indigo check in counter informed me that the seat was not reserved, and that it’s a scam or a mistake of the booking company as they have charged you but haven’t send it to the airline. Now, i’m not sure what you guys are upto in your company but it is so disappointing and i feel that you guys need to shut your company for good. What a scamster u guys have become, like seriously. I thought you were maitaing certain standards but did not realise how low do you fall. My booking id is - emt61262378. Have some shame and be courteous in refunding my money and if you really are scamming people then don’t. I’m in the entertainment segment of the world, will make sure i remember you. Thank you.
