Hi Booked mistakenly tickets via easemytrip for 3 passengers from jammu to srinagar instead of srinagar to jammu for 11 dec 2018. Calling immediately customer care to do changes but they denied asking for cancellation and rescheduling charges. This is unfair. However, Once the ticket is confirmed then the rescheduling charges are applicable. As we have checked with the airlines as well charges are applicable as of now.
