I have made a request to cancel the above booking on the day of departure of flight i. E. On[protected] but to no avail i was asked to contact airlines instead... Because of serious medical issues with the passenger travelling... On contacting the airline with medical issues prescription and hospital admission records the airline admitted for a full refund of fare with a goodwill gesture mail.. But of no use because i was refunded rs.330 by easemytrip.com Was this information helpful? | |
