[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — booking pending | |
I booked a ticket through easemytrip.com on 2 july -2016 at for air asia flight from kuala lumpur to seoul emt59970723 but my booking was put in pending. I asked the customer service why and they askem me to wait. My booking was confirmed they told me the booking will be active in 20-25 min. Next day booking was put in pending again. I sent e-mails and messages on what's app, they asked me to kindly waiting. I asked the flight to be cancel because the flight is still in hold but they asked me to wait again. The next day they told me they are an error at the payment gateway with the airline company. I asked again why no answers! I called the company and even them are confused. I asked for a refun or just the flight to be cancel. I will take my flight the 10th and i have to wait since the 2nd. We are the 5th today and my flight mentionned bombay to new delhi... I am so confused. I asked the refund. Try to reach the customer service nothing... It's inacceptable! Was this information helpful? | |
