[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — Booking rejected and denying refund!

1. This is the first time a ticket booking site is charging and debiting customer for unconfirmed tickets. If the berth is not cnfirmed or you are unable to reach the airlines server to book the ticket, that should have been resolved in the steps preceding the payment step. You charged. Why? 2. No convenience fees you claim. Convenience fees is charged. Upon mailing, CC replies that it is because I booked in easemytrip.in and not easemytrip.com. Your site redirected and I am not at fault. Check from your traffic stats. 3. The ticket was rejected as seat was not booked. Now your cc exec says that they cannot refund Rs.200 conv fees charges initially. This is deliberate cheating. You charge Rs. 200 for nothing by fooling customer into an unconfirmed ticket.
