[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — booking rejected with no refund of money | |
My booking id is emt72183596. I had booked my flight on 19th march 2020 at 11:00 o clock. The money got debited from my account but i didn't receive any email confirmation on the booking. It was an air asia flight from bangalore to kolkata on 21'st of march at 5:35 a. M the booking showed status as pending, later i checked the status through your website which said the booking has been rejected. I have been calling the helpline number since then i didn't receive any response. When will i get my refund? Was this information helpful? | |
