[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — cheating customers | |||
I booked return flights with easemytrip for 21st june, returning 29th june online. Account got debited, but then i receive an message saying system error, flights not confirmed and they will autoreverse the transaction issuing full refund. Now, exactly 1 month on. I have received just half refund, by two amount. Still awaiting the remaining half. Have rang maybe ten times. They are cheating and robbing customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
